Off-peak (10am to 3pm weekdays, or weekends before noon) the drive is a clean 18 minutes from central Brandon - I-75 north to I-4 west, exit Hillsborough Ave, and you are at our front door. Rush hour eastbound or evening westbound on I-4 can stretch that to 25 or 30 minutes, particularly the I-75 to I-4 interchange. Most of our Brandon customers drop the truck off before work, head into Tampa for the day, and pick it up on the way home - that way the drive does not eat into appointment time and you are not sitting in our waiting area.

First, equipment - our alignment rack is rated for one-ton trucks fully loaded, and we carry the full range of caster shims, adjustable track bars, and aftermarket UCAs that lifted and HD platforms require. Most Brandon chain shops are not equipped for trucks over 6,000 pounds GVWR. Second, specialization - we align lifted and heavy-duty trucks every single day, not once or twice a week between sedan rotations. Third, tire wear protection - a $400 to $600 LT tire on a Super Duty wears out in 8,000 miles on a bad alignment, and a $120 to $200 done-right alignment saves multiples of itself on the next set.

We are at 6923 W Hillsborough Ave in Tampa, on the north side of the road between Town N Country and West Tampa proper. Customer parking is free in front of the shop and around the side - easy to find, no parallel parking, and trucks with 37s on lifts pull in without issue. Air-conditioned waiting area with seating, water, and WiFi if you want to wait on the alignment. Most Brandon customers drop the truck and leave, but you are welcome to wait the 90 minutes to 2 hours if your day allows.

Yes - drop-off service is what most of our Brandon customers do. Bring the truck in the morning, we call when it is done, you pick it up at the end of the day. Most alignments are 90 minutes to 2 hours of actual rack time, but we can hold the truck longer if your schedule needs it. If you want a ride to a nearby coffee shop or restaurant on Hillsborough Ave we can usually arrange that as well. Cash, card, and most major payment methods accepted at pickup.

We do not run a pickup or delivery service ourselves - the truck has to be driven to the shop. For Brandon customers who cannot drive the truck in (death wobble bad enough to be unsafe, severe pull, or the truck is at a body shop), we can refer you to a couple of local mobile mechanics and tow operators who service east Hillsborough at fair rates. Most of the time though, a truck that can drive 5 miles around Brandon can make the 18-minute highway run to us - call us first and we will tell you over the phone whether it is safe.

Yes - happens all the time. The lift kit aisle at the Brandon AutoZone, Advance, or O'Reilly sells Rough Country, ReadyLIFT, and basic leveling kits to plenty of weekend installers in Valrico, Lithia, and Riverview. We do not need you to have bought the kit from us, we do not charge extra for trucks installed elsewhere, and we will not lecture you on the install. Bring the truck in, we measure where it sits now, set every angle to spec for your lift height, and send you out with a before-and-after printout. $120 half-ton, $150 to $200 HD.
