Program Description

The LR Wheels N Lifts text messaging program sends transactional service notifications from LR Wheels N Lifts, an auto repair, tire, and truck accessory shop located at 6923 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa, FL 33634, to customers who have opted in. Messages include repair estimate approval links, appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle-ready-for-pickup notices, payment confirmations, and account updates. All messages relate to a service the customer requested or an active repair order.

Opt-In

Opting in is an affirmative, optional act. Online, every form that collects a phone number - including the appointment booking form - carries a dedicated SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default; you must tick it yourself, it is separate from accepting these Terms or our Privacy Policy, and the form submits normally if you leave it unchecked. In person, our service writer asks for your verbal agreement before enrolling your number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and declining does not affect the service you receive. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.
